1 This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Jackson County, Oklahoma, quieting title in Mary Cunningham, Executrix of the Estate of Anna Jarboe, deceased (Plaintiff), and in Dede K. Prewitt, a defendant, against the claims to certain alleged mineral interests made by Farmers Union Cooperative Royalty Company (Farmers), Flag Oil Corporation of Delaware, successor to Flag Oil Company (Flag), and Panhandle Cooperative Royalty Company (Panhandle). The judgment rendered by the District Court was a judgment on the pleadings in which the parties are identified as they are identified above. The trial court retained jurisdiction of the controversy between Plaintiff and Dede K. Prewitt. Farmers, Flag and Panhandle appealed.
